So me and my friends decided to spend our day-off at the Global Village here in Dubai. From our place, it is kind of far and public transportation is somewhat limited.
Global Village Entranced with a very nice Cultural Structure, Entrance fee at 15AED

It was during the afternoon when we got there. There were very nice small copies of famous landmark from almost all over the world.

Each country has their own pavilion, and the entrance are made in accordance to their country's architectural origins. Inside are small shops selling different delicacy, garments, and souvenirs that most originated from whatever country pavilion they're in.

There are also other attractions such as different rides for kids and adults. A beautiful way to see the whole Global Village is riding the big ferris wheel. Some are very scary but looks interesting at the same time, such as the bungee sling (not its official name).

Food is not a problem since around the place you'll find different kinds of it. From popcorn to kebabs, you'll find plenty to choose from.

This reminds me of Kasadya sa SRP back in the Philippines.
